The Pathway to Success Award offers cash awards of $1,000 and $2,000.

This award is sponsored by Soroptimist International of Napa.  The award is presented to women age 21 or older who live in Napa and have encountered roadblocks in their lives but have now identified a path to their future achievement and well-being.  The award provides financial support to assist them in reaching their goals through further education and/or training.

Applicants and winners of the Live Your Dream Award who meet the Pathway to Success criteria may also apply for the Pathway to Success Award.
